1/I love the story line, the characters and the imagination that went into this series. This book for me was tough because the battle just went on and on and on and on. I struggled with the change in writing as the series progressed – the trendiness of the language went too fast for where the story started. Made me feel like maybe someone else was “helping” with the writing. Regardless, I’m a Dresden (and Butcher) fan and will continue to read and enjoy!
2/I simply LOVE Jim Butcher and his creation Harry Dresden! Mr. Butcher’s imagination is limitless and playful, and that translates to his characters…I want to live in Harry’s world!
3/Lots of loose ends tied up quite nicely. Lots of other new loose ends laid out perfectly for the next. And the Christmas story at the end over the top.
