Reviews:

1/This book was so beyond amazing. It mad me laugh. It made me cry. It made me jump my husband. This was everything I needed right now. I loved reading Berk and Jules journey as they heal themselves and each other. They are the perfect match and have off the charts chemistry.

2/Truly I love the characters in this story. Without a doubt I love how they come together. The way these relationships deleted were amazing and made this story fierce and lovable!

3/

1. While I liked the plot, the actual writing was scattered. I had to flip back pages to find out how we got from one scene to the next. Very confusing.

2. I didn’t like how Jules never stood up for herself. Her mother, her sister, Alexis (!!!), even Berk! That being said, her struggles with self-acceptance were extremely relatable; so much so I was able to overlook the fact that she was somewhat of a doormat. (And wearing a ‘Donut Ho’ tshirt to a party of your friends is not
standing up for yourself.)

3. I liked Berk and his love for Julia but his backstory was repeated over and over. He enabled Alexis time and time again. Also, even though I liked their relationship, if he and Julia were such good friends, moving on to livers, why didn’t he ever tell her about his past? And why assume she was an entitled, rich girl who needed someone who could give her a life only money could buy?

4. Why wasn’t the storyline of Max and the mysterious man wrapped up? What happened with her sister after the wedding, as well as their relationship?? And why, with her new-found confidence didn’t she stand up to her mother? What happened with THAT storyline???
