The story this time focuses more on Perrin and Mat which is good because they both sorely needed some development beyond just Rand Al’Thor’s friends that have weird stuff happening to them.
In The Dragon Reborn we finally get to see some of what Mat can do and I love this character now. He was always okay but now he is awesome! We learn a bit more of Perrin’s gift as well as meet several new characters who are all pretty great! All in all this is a stellar book and I absolutely cannot wait to start the next book!
2/What s story! From beginning to end. Good development of characters. Great job from the narrators, as always. It felt so dense but moved so quickly. Can’t wait to continue the series.
3/I came to this series late in life although I was aware of it as a teenager (I’m 50+) and love it. I got it on audible, but will purchase the paper and ebooks as well.
