1/This is the second time I have read the series. I guess that’s endorsement enough.
2/I can’t finish this. Why is the narrator reading like it’s an old timey detective series? I just finished listening to the most boring “spicy” scene ever. Not gonna finish this one.
3/I went into this expecting it to be much darker, and it turns out to be just another cheesy romance story. It didn’t hook me enough to continue the series, and quite frankly, the author’s use of male and female to describe people, Rather than man and woman, or person or whatever, is uncanny and uncomfortable.
