1/Found this book laying on table at work. Picked it and could not put it down. Fabulous read that tells the What and the Why of how to lead. If you lead a small team or are an executive you will benefit from this book.
Previously I have read Extreme Ownership and just order The Dichotomy of Leadership. The authors break down the fundamentals and importance of leadership to an operation level that you can deploy immediately.
2/One of the finest and most useful books on leadership around. This book sets a new standard for those that are in leadership positions and is a must read.
3/Jocko does it again!
This book steps through all elements of what it takes to be a leader. Even though there are many military situations from where Jocko derived his examples from, it was easy to connect to my personal experiences in the business world. Definitely a must-read for any level of leader in which they want to better themselves and/or are looking “up and out” on how to lead more effectively.
