1/This was my first Steven King book and I loved it.
He’s such a talented writer, I could see so clearly what he was describing. I am definitely reading more of his books after this.
2/I originally read this sometime around 1990 when I was 17. I’m so glad I read it again. I remember the book as if it were the movie and it’s actually pretty different. The characters are more vibrant and the story a lot more thorough, scarier. This is the third King book I’ve reread and I think I have to read them all again. They’re so good.
3/Gift for a teenage great niece who is becoming a constant reader. I love all things King & will gladly give her more books as we go. 3 books so far.
