2/I almost didn’t buy this book because of some weird bad reviews I kept reading “repetitive” and “nothing new” and stuff like that, then I came across a quote from the book and it was “real emotional maturity is how thoroughly you let yourself feel anything. Everything. Whatever comes. It is simply the knowing that the worst thing that could ever happen… is just a feeling at the end of the day.” and I said to myself “I am getting this book” and I did.
From the first page to the last it did not disappoint one bit.
What people meant by “repetitive” is that you’ll find concepts and topics to overlap to each other and of course they will! A chapter talking about self love it has to include pain and vice versa.
I read this book in little less than 2 weeks as I was going through a break up, omg it was truly inspiring, it made me look inside my pain and asking myself questions I have never thought about before.
I honestly changed the way I view so many aspects of my life right now, get this book!
